Vegetable beef soup

Ingredients Amount
Beef stew meat 500 grams
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt and black pepper As per taste
Onion 1 cup chopped
Carrots 1 cup chopped
Garlic chopped 3 cloves
Beef broth 5 cups
Tomatoes 1 cup chopped
Oregano As per taste
Green beans Half cup chopped
Coriander leaves For garnish
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. Heat oil in a medium flame.
  2. Season with salt and pepper then add half the beef to the pan and brown for 6-7 minutes.
  3. Now dab the beef with paper towels. Transfer to another bowl and repeat the process once more with the remaining half beef.
  4. Now add oil to the other pan and add carrots and onions and sauté it well. Then add garlic also.
  5. Add broth, brown beef, tomatoes, oregano, and season it with salt and pepper.
  6. Bring it to a boil and keep stirring.
  7. Now add green beans and stir it for 10 minutes.
  8. Let beef and all the vegetables get cooked.
  9. Serve it warm and can garnish it with coriander leaves.
