Chicken Sweet corn Soup
| Ingredients | Amount |

| Chicken | 100g |
| Sweet corn (mashed) | ¼ cup |
| Garlic | 3 to 4 cloves |
| Ginger | 1-2 inch |
| Onion | 1 medium |
| Carrot | 2 tbsp |
| Beans | 2 tbsp |
| Salt | As per taste |
| Black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Vinegar | 1 tsp |
| Oil | 1 tsp |
| Coriander | For garnish |
METHOD:
- Heat oil and sauté ginger, garlic & onion slightly.
- Once it's sautéed well, add the vegetables & chicken and cook for 2 minutes, then add the mashed sweet corn and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Next add 2 cups of water and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot & garnish it with some coriander.
