People often fear from the term ‘DIET’ but in my dictionary this fear doesn’t exists because I term it as ‘HEALTHY EATING’.
Our perception of food is always based on two broad categories – that is Healthy [good food] and not Healthy [bad food]. But the fact is that, no food is bad, it all depends on us in terms of‘what we eat’‘What time we eat’ &‘how much we eat’ in trying to achieve our health goal.While chasing good food we all have forgotten about our Nourishment or have taken it for granted

Healvick stands for healing your health with food and not thy medicine and we believe that along with food, our body, mind and soul should be all connected.
We believe healthy eating habits, alongwith little bit of traditional exercises is the mantra to gain proper fitness. Yoga is space to breathe, to tune your inner vision and see external life more clearly, connect yourself, feel grounded and centered and reclaim your joyful self.

Dt. Arpita Jain has worked with many clients residing internationally and nationally helping them achieve their target. She emphasizes on eating wholesome and nutritious foods. Her meal plans are a blend of traditional food culture and modern Nutritional science.

She has a unique fitness oriented approach towards weight management. It’s not just about gaining or losing weight. It’s about improving your body composition, proper intake ofrequired nutrients & getting fit. Whatever your health & fitness goal, we are here to help you achieve it.
