Fish soup

Fish 200 grams
Salt As per taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fish bones As required
Egg ¼
Water ½ cup
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. Firstly, wash clean, and remove the bones from fish. Then cut the fish into small sizes.
  2. Take fish pieces into a bowl and add salt, black pepper, and eggs to it. Mix it well.
  3. Make very small balls of it.
  4. Now take a pan, add water, and keep it in a low flame. Add the above balls into it.
  5. Then add fish bones and salt into it. Keep stirring.
  6. Let the soup boil for some time.
  7. Check occasionally whether balls are cooked or not.
  8. Once cooked, switch off the flame.
  9. Serve it immediately.
