SPINACH NAMAK PARE

Ingredients Table
INGREDIENTS AMOUNT
Whole wheat flour 1 and a half cup (150 grams)
Baking powder ½ tsp (2.5 grams)
Ghee ½ cup (50 grams)
Salt As per taste
Carom (Ajwain seeds) As per taste (1-2 tsp)
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. Mix whole wheat flour and ghee in a bowl.
  2. Now add ajwain seeds (powder form) and salt. Use cold water for the dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  4. Let the dough rest for some time.
  5. Roll this dough into chapati form.
  6. Now cut them into square shapes.
  7. Arrange these square shape dough on a baking tray. (Make sure the baking tray is sprinkled with some flour and oil so that it doesn't get stuck.)
  8. Place this baking tray in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Remove it from the oven and let it cool down.
  10. Serve this tasty recipe with tea/coffee.
  11. You can store these in an airtight container.
