Oats & Poha Chivda

Oats 1 cup
Poha 1 cup
Green chilli 2-3
Jeera 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Salt As per taste
Ghee 2 tbsp
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. Roast the Oats & Poha separately and keep aside.
  2. In a pan add ghee, jeera, green chilli & saute.
  3. Then add the spices and mix for 5-10 seconds.
  4. Now add the Oats & Poha and mix it all together.

  5. This recipe can be stored for upto a week which makes it so easy to be prepared for something to eat as a snack. Apart from that it contains a good amount of fiber that helps maintain satiety & a healthy gut health.
