In a bowl, add the leftover rice, wheat flour, besan and mix it together.
Then add the vegetables, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and water to adjust consistency.
Next heat a pan, put some oil and add the batter.
Cook well on both sides and serve it with chutney.
