BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES

Banana (Peeled) 1 medium size
Oats 1 cup (100 grams)
Honey 2 tbsp (15 grams)
Oil (Preferably coconut oil) 1 tbsp (15 grams)
Chocolate chips (OPTIONAL) 1/2 cup (50 grams)
Salt As per taste
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Roast the oats in a pan.
  3. Place the banana in a medium-sized bowl and mash it properly. Then add honey, coconut oil, oats and mix well.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes so that oats can absorb the oil.
  5. After 10 minutes, add chocolate chips and salt. Mix the mixture well.
  6. Take 10-15 grams of mixture in your hand, roll it into a ball-like structure and then flatten it into proper shape.
  7. Before placing this mixture on a baking tray, spread a few drops of oil on the tray to prevent sticking.
  8. Place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
  9. After 15 minutes, take the tray out of the oven.
  10. Let the cookies cool for some time and they are ready to enjoy.
  11. You can store these cookies in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
