Vegetable Paneer Sandwich

INGREDIENTS: Amount:
Bread slice 2 slices
Butter 10gram (2tsp)
Paneer 30gram
Tomato 2 round slices (¼ small)
Cucumber 4 round slices (¼ size of 1 cucumber)
Capsicum 3 round slices (medium size)
Onion 2 round slices (medium size)
Mint coriander chutney 30grams(2 tbsp)
Salt As per taste
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. Slice all the veggies (Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, and Capsicum) thinly.
  2. Grate paneer and roast it, then add a pinch of salt. (Roasting is optional).
  3. Spread butter and mint coriander chutney on both slices of the bread.
  4. Arrange the paneer and slices of all the veggies on one slice of the bread and cover it with another slice.
  5. At the time of serving, trim the edges neatly and cut the sandwiches into the desired shape.
