No knead egg paratha

Recipe Ingredients
Ingredients Amount
Egg- 1 or Besan- 2 tbsp (if vegetarian) 1 or 2 tbsp
Wheat flour/ rajgira flour- 3 tbsp 3 tbsp
Milk- 4-5 tbsp 4-5 tbsp
Oil- 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Vegetables of choice- 2 tbsp 2 tbsp
Recipe

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl, add an egg, besan, and whisk it well.
  2. Then add the flour, milk, and vegetables into it and mix well. Adjust the milk consistency of the batter.
  3. Take a pan, add oil and spread this mixture on the pan, cook well and serve it with some green chutney.
