Ingredients:
Beef stew meat- 500 grams
Oil- 2tbsp
Salt and black pepper- As per the taste
Onion- 1 cup chopped
Carrots- 1 cup chopped
Garlic chopped- 3 cloves
Beef broth- 5 cups
Tomatoes- 1 cup chopped
Oregano- As per the taste
Green beans- Half cup chopped
Coriander leaves- For garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a medium flame.
- Season with salt and pepper then add half the beef to the pan and brown for 6-7 minutes.
- Now dab the beef with paper towels.
- Transfer to another bowl and repeat the process once more with the remaining half beef.
- Now add oil to the other pan and add carrots and onions and saute it well.
- Then add garlic also.
- Add broth, brown beef, tomatoes, oregano, and season it with salt and pepper.
- Bring it to a boil and keep stirring.
- Now add green beans and stir it for 10 minutes.
- Let beef and all the vegetables get cooked.
- Serve it warm and can garnish it with coriander leaves.
