Multigrain Idli

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ragi flour
  • 1/2 cup oats (ground into flour)
  • 1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp fruit salt (Eno)
  • Salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

  1. Mix ragi flour, oats flour, semolina, and yogurt in a bowl to form a batter.
  2. Add salt and let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Just before steaming, add fruit salt and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter into greased idli molds and steam for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
