Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup ragi flour
- 1/2 cup oats (ground into flour)
- 1/2 cup semolina (sooji)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp fruit salt (Eno)
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
- Mix ragi flour, oats flour, semolina, and yogurt in a bowl to form a batter.
- Add salt and let the batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Just before steaming, add fruit salt and mix well.
- Pour the batter into greased idli molds and steam for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
