Ingredients:
Oil- ½ tbsp
Garlic cloves- 2 piece
Onion- ½ medium size
Cauliflower- 1 head
Tomato- ½ medium size
Green chili- 2
Salt- As per the taste
Black pepper- As per the taste
Water- 2 cups
Coriander- Just for garnish
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil. Then add onion and garlic. Saute it for 4-5 minutes.
- Wash, clean and cut the vegetables and add to the pan.
- Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add salt and black pepper.
- Now add water and let the vegetables get cooked.
- Blend it in a mixture and strain it well.
- Serve hot and garnish it with coriander.
